It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping of the item(s) back to Prospective Flow. Exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt, and returns for the purchase price of goods must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. All items sent back must be unworn or unwashed. Items purchased at a discount or on sale are non-refundable.

Prospective Flow will cover the cost of outgoing shipment on exchanges. Domestic shipments will be sent UPS Ground or 2 day, International shipments please contact us directly.
